Recruitment Privacy Notice
Information about how RESTIDO handles job applications.
RESTIDO PRIVATE LIMITED receives candidate information through careers@restido.com and, when enabled, through the Careers email application form.
Information collected
Name, contact details, qualifications, experience, location, role applied for, and CV or resume content.
Purpose
We use this information to assess applications, contact candidates, arrange interviews, and manage recruitment. Access is limited to authorized recruitment personnel and necessary service providers.
Retention and candidate requests
Application information is retained only as reasonably necessary for recruitment and applicable legal obligations. Candidates may request information about their data or ask for correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements, by emailing careers@restido.com.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Please do not include Aadhaar numbers, bank account details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in your application.
This notice should be reviewed for applicable Indian data protection requirements and your final data-retention policy before applications sent by email are enabled.
